Job Description :

The Customer Application Solutions Architect will be part of a team designing and developing a Common Services framework. This framework consists of reusable enterprise business logic, using an SOA architecture for various java based applications (websites, point of sale applications, call center application).  He/She is responsible for translating requirements into finished projects while ensuring that standards and quality expectations are always met. 

Primary Responsibilities :

• Ensure standards and quality requirements of projects are met
• Work with Team Lead to develop plan for implementation
• Facilitate testing of finished projects
• Coordinate deployments

Job Qualifications & Education Requirements :

• Java (3 years min)
• ANT
• Eclipse IDE
• Oracle
• XML
• Web Services a plus
• JMS a plus
• Familiarity with Enterprise Design Patterns a plus
• Familiarity with Visual SourceSafe a plus
• WebSphere 5.11 a plus
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must be flexible and a team player
• Ability to work independently
• Must have availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours when needed
