Job Description

This position requires supporting all aspects of the Intel technology 24x7x365.  Core hours are 9am to 6pm.  Must pay close attention to detail and have the ability to follow predefined processes and procedures. The ideal candidate must be able to function in a fast paced 24x7 e-commerce environment, additionally the candidate must be willing to work extended hours during our peak holiday seasons.

Responsible

• 2nd level support
• Collecting data points that are report to senior management
• Basic troubleshooting with a predefined suite of tools and follow predefined escalation procedures

Qualification

• Must have a BA in Computer or Technical field
• MCSE 2000 & 2003 Server/Advanced Server
• Knowledge of MS NT 4, 2000 & 2003 Server/Advanced Server, MS Cluster tools, MS IIS and web services/related technology, MS terminal services, MS SQL, MS Exchange 5.5 and 2003

Active Directory, Veritas Backup Exec, Dynamic DNS, Corporate wide anti-virus software, Intel server hardware, Citrix Metaframe 1.8/XP, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Intel server hardware, VB and batch scripting, SAN technology (fiber channel, etc.), Cross-platform knowledge of Linux, UNIX, and Mac NET IQ
